With Energy24, you always have energy at your fingertips. You can handle matters related to electricity and gas supply online - from anywhere, 24 hours a day. The Energy24 app is designed for household customers.

In it, you will find a clear summary of advances, payments, and billing, which you can conveniently pay online right away. Moreover, with just a few clicks, you can change the amount of advances, payment methods, your contact details, or submit a self-reading.

Additionally, you will find information on your energy prices and when your contract and price fixation expire.

If you are currently transferring to us with a new delivery point, thanks to the application, you will know at any moment which phase the whole process is in.

For delivery points in the EG.D distribution area, you will learn in the application when the off-peak hours (HDO) apply at your place and save on electricity. You can activate automatic alerts here and we will keep you informed of any changes in HDO times.

For delivery points in the E.GD and ČEZ distribution areas, you will also find information on planned outages in the application.

You can log into the application using fingerprint identification. This way, you can access important information much faster and more securely.

Thanks to the E.ON Bonus customer program, the app offers prepared vouchers for great discounts and experiences for you.
